Mike's Carwash today announced that it has acquired two Cincinnati WashPro Carwash locations. The purchase agreement was signed earlier today and brings the number of Mike's Carwash locations in Greater Cincinnati to nine.

"We are very excited to expand Mike's Carwash in Greater Cincinnati and offer our advanced carwash technology and award-winning customer service to more customers," said Mike Dahm, president of Mike's Carwash. The two sites are the first locations being added to Mike's Carwash since October 2014 when the two brothers who previously owned Mike's Carwash, Mike Dahm and Bill Dahm, announced they were reorganizing the business their father started in 1948 in Fort Wayne, Ind.

The two car washes are located at:
  • 8651 Union Center Pavilion Dr., West Chester, Ohio 45069
  • 6289 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45211
Mike's Carwash takes ownership of the locations today. However, the company will spend the next few months building the wash tunnel area with state-of-the-art technology and equipment similar to other Mike's locations. The new locations will offer the same Mike's fast, friendly and convenient service; exception customer service; and fun stuffed animals.

Mike's donates $73,661 to seven Big Brothers Big Sisters Chapters
MAY 2015   -   Cincinnati, OH
For the sixth year, Mike's Carwash raised money and awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters' youth mentoring programs. On Saturday, May 2, Mike's 15 locations teamed with seven Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and raised $73,661.67.

Half of the costs of all Mike's Ultimate and Works washes purchased on May 2 were donated to local Big Brothers Big Sisters chapters. Customers also were able to make a donation to the organization during the day.

"Thanks to our great customers, team members, and the beautiful weather, we had a fantastic turnout for this year's fundraising event with Big Brothers Big Sisters," said Mike's Carwash president Mike Dahm. "We appreciate everyone's support in helping Big Brothers Big Sisters with their mission of providing children facing adversity with strong relationships and positive change. It's one small way we can help and also create awareness in our communities that mentors are greatly needed."

All funds raised will help offset the cost of programming for youth mentorship in the communities where the fundraisers were held.
