Mike's Carwash Acquires Z-Xpress to Expand Louisville Footprint
DECEMBER 2021 - LOUISVILLE, KY
Cincinnati-based Mike's Carwash has acquired Z-Xpress Carwash in Louisville. The deal, which closed on December 3rd, gives Mike's its 4th Louisville location, and 32nd facility in its growing three-state region of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Mike's Carwash Raises Over $11,000 to Support Project Hero
NOVEMBER 2021 - CINCINNATI, OH
To commemorate Veterans Day, November 11, Mike's Carwash held a two day-long fundraising event to support Project Hero. Mike's gave a FREE Basic Wash to all Veterans and Active Military personnel, with an option to upgrade to an Ultimate Wash for $5. 100% of the proceeds from the $5 upgrade was donated to Project Hero, which supports Veterans and First Responders affected by PTSD, TBI and injury.
In addition, Mike's offered its Ultimate Wash to the general public for $15, with $1 donated to Project Hero for every Ultimate Wash sold.
In all, more than $11,000 was raised during the Veterans Day fundraiser. "Our Project Hero fundraiser is always a special event for everyone at Mike's," said Mike Dahm, President of Mike's Carwash. "We're tremendously grateful to our customers for supporting those who have served, and continue to serve, our country, as well as the courageous first responders in our local communities."

Mike's Carwash Raises Record Amount for the Reds Community Fund

Mike's Carwash, through its season-long, Ultimate Double Header, raised more than $95,000 for the Reds Community Fund. The 2021 total was a single season, donation record. Since launching its partnership with the Reds and the Community Fund, Mike's has raised more than $300,000 to support youth baseball and girls' softball.

"The entire Mike's Carwash team has supported our community efforts and Reds Youth Academy programs dating back to 2015. Mike's Carwash Raises Over $21,000 for the Children's Home of Northern Kentucky

To celebrate the Grand Opening of its new Ft. Wright facility, Mike's Carwash gave away FREE Ultimate Washes at that location throughout this past weekend, September 17-19.
In return for the FREE Ultimate Wash, Mike's encouraged customers to make a monetary donation to the Children's Home of Northern Kentucky.
Over the course of the weekend, Mike's customers supported the fundraising event with more than $21,000 in donations.

Mike's Carwash raised $22,983 for the Ft. Wayne YMCA Youth Service Bureau through its Wash for a Cause promotional event the weekend of July 16-18. Throughout the weekend, Mike's Carwash donated more than half of the proceeds from each Ultimate Wash sold to the Youth Service Bureau.

On Saturday, May 8th, Mike's Carwash raised more than $69,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters through its 12th annual "Get a Wash, Give a Future" fundraiser. All 29 Mike's locations in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky donated half the proceeds from every Ultimate and Works wash sold to youth mentoring programs across seven local chapters of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Mike's Carwash Raises More than $59,000 for the Anthony Muñoz Foundation

With the help of two Bengals fundraising promotions, Mike's Carwash raised more than $59,000 to support the Anthony Muñoz Foundation during the past season. Through their Two Sacks-You Save, and Who Dey Wednesday promotions, Bengals fans enjoyed a $5 discount off of Mike's $20 Ultimate Wash. For every Ultimate Wash sold during the season, Mike's donated $1 to the Anthony Muñoz Foundation.
